SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The following shipping rates apply to all purchases from Jordan Carver store. US: $3, Europe: $10, anywhere else in the world will be charged at $15. Items who are tagged with "free shipping" are except from the shipping costs. This does apply ONLY for US and Europe.

All items purchased will be delivered with US Post office ( "regular" - first class ) If you prefer other delivery options ( e.g. express or insured ) this is associate with extra charges.

DELIVERY TIME
Please allow 7 to 14 working days for domestic photo and clothing items. NOTE - items which you have requested to be personalized CANNOT be guaranteed to be delivered in any particular time frame as they are reliant on Jordan's availability. Therefore if you order a personalized item please order WELL IN ADVANCE to avoid disappointment.

PERSONALIZATION TERMS
Jordan Carver reserves the right to refuse any personalizations. Jordan Carver will not personalize distasteful or explicit personalizations. If a personalization is refused then Jordan will modify the personalization as she see's fit (no refund will be given). Please consider this when ordering personalizations and do not order if you feel there is doubt or that you may be disappointed by this. If you have a borderline personalization you would like please email at webmaster@jordancarver.com to confirm before ordering.

RETURNS
We only accept returns and issue refunds in the following situations:

-The poster or signing card arrived damaged

-The item is not the item that was ordered (i.e. an order processing mistake on our part)

If you need to make a return for one of the above reasons please contact us first to discuss the situation and determine the best course of action by emailing webmaster@jordancarver.com. I DO NOT accept returns from Lingerie. However, if you have an issue please email us to discuss it. We DO NOT sell on a SALE or RETURN basis. Any purchase is final.

MEMBERSHIP PURCHASES
There are no shipping costs if you purchase an item which will be on sale in Jordan Carver’s member area.

LINGERIE PURCHASES
By purchasing items of Jordan Carver’s Lingerie please notice the following references:

- Every single item of clothing was worn by Jordan Carver personal. Therefore it's a unique and only once available.

- Every single item of clothing can be order worn or unworn. If you choose nothing special details, the item will be delivered worn.

- To prevent misunderstandings or eventually disappointments Jordan reserves the right to cut off the
tags from the items about the following reasons:

+ the tag while the shooting is unpleasant and scrubs

+ the most bras have different cup sizes and are in the most cases two cups smaller
